Booking Policies

Your comfort, safety, and wellness are my top priorities. Please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.

Appointment Reservations

Appointments are reserved with a valid credit card and a required down payment at the time of booking. Any remaining balance will be processed within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Your Wellness Intake Form is completed during the online booking process. Prior to your appointment, I will personally contact you to review your health history, answer any questions, and ensure your session is customized to your wellness goals.

A safe, clean, smoke-free environment with adequate space for the massage table is required.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more** before your appointment may be made without penalty.
Same-day cancellations under 24 hrs may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.**
Emergencies and severe illness will be considered on an individual basis.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not answer door for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Future appointments may require full prepayment.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible.

Every effort will be made to provide your full treatment; however, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments. Full payment for the original appointment time will still apply.

Service Fee

Appointments outside my regular travel area may incur an additional travel fee, which will be discussed before your appointment is confirmed.

Payment Methods

The following forms of payment are accepted:

Payment is processed securely using the credit card provided at booking unless another payment method has been arranged before your appointment.

Health & Safety

Your safety and well-being are important.

Please notify me before your appointment if you:

Have developed a fever, flu-like symptoms, COVID-19, or another contagious illness.
Have experienced a recent injury, surgery, or hospitalization.
Have significant changes in your health.
Are pregnant or have any medical conditions requiring special accommodations.

Massage services are not a substitute for medical care and are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes. If you have any questions about whether massage is appropriate for your condition, please consult your healthcare provider before your appointment.

Client Acknowledgment & Informed Consent

By booking and receiving services from 3rd Dimension Massage & Wellness, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that massage therapy and bodywork are provided for relaxation, stress reduction, relief of muscular tension, improved circulation, and overall wellness. While many clients experience significant benefits, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
I understand that massage therapy is NOT a substitute for medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. My massage therapist does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, perform spinal manipulations, or provide medical advice. Any information shared during my session is intended for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
I certify that I have disclosed all known medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, and other health concerns that may affect my treatment. I agree to notify my therapist of any changes to my health before future appointments.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or concerns and to obtain medical clearance when appropriate.
I confirm that, at the time of my appointment, I am free from contagious illness, including but not limited to:
Fever
Persistent cough
Sore throat
Flu-like symptoms
Vomiting or diarrhea within the previous 24 hours
Any contagious condition that could place others at risk
Therapist's Right to Reschedule or Cancel
I understand that my therapist reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel an appointment due to illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent services from being provided safely and professionally. If this occurs, every effort will be made to notify me as soon as possible and to reschedule my appointment at the earliest mutually convenient time.
I understand that my therapist will always practice within the scope of their professional training, licensure, and ethical standards.
I voluntarily consent to receive massage therapy and release 3rd Dimension Massage & Wellness and its therapist(s) from liability for ordinary risks associated with massage therapy, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By scheduling and receiving services, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms.

Preparing for Your Mobile Appointment

To help create the best experience:

Allow approximately a **7' × 10'** area for the massage table.
Keep pets secured during your appointment.
Silence phones and minimize interruptions whenever possible.
Wear comfortable clothing before and after your session.
Drink plenty of water following your treatment.

Respectful Environment

3rd Dimension Massage & Wellness is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or sexual remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session. The full session fee will be charged, and future appointments will not be accepted.
