I became a home care nurse and during those 20 years I was blessed by the patients I met and the friendships that developed and remain. Rooted in my background in Nursing, enriched by Massage Therapy and shaped by 6 years as a Wellness Spa Owner, I’ve created a unique approach to therapeutic care that relieves tension, supports pain management, improves mobility and restores balance through the body. As women our active roles as caregiver, wife, mom, daughter, teacher or career woman can demand so much of us at times, Our body reacts with discomfort, overworked muscles, headaches and fatigue. All too often clients feel that massage is a luxury, but those who come in consistently for massage say their overall energy, physical discomforts and sleep have all very much improved. It can make a difference in how well you handle the activities of daily living, feeling more calm, more alert, and especially less susceptible to everyday complaints.
