Appointment Booking Policy

All appointments are scheduled by phone and require prepayment at the time of booking using a valid credit card. The Wellness Intake Form is available online by clicking the link. Please fill it out in full prior to your appointment. Once your form is submitted I will call you to finalize your upcoming visit. Expect a confirmation call / text 2 days before your appointment.

Client Check-In

For first time clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to review your Intake Form. Late arrivals will not extend session time, and the full fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy - No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations or missed appointments without at least 24 hours notice will result in a forfeited session. All services are non-refundable.                ​
